Fish Eye Infection?

the other eye is normal .
what can i do and can my other fish catch it

aquarium parameters are
Amonia: 0
PH: 7.4
KH: 50
GH: 125
Nirate: 10
Nirite: 0

tank mate are five more mickey mouse platys and corydora
they were all add the same time (a week ago)
the tank is 25 litre

sorry photo not that clear the eye milky with a feint black ring in the middle.

It COULD be fungus, but I'm not quite sure. Just a thought.

could be cateracts, my shubunkin has that on one eye
