I added 3 leopard endler's hybrids and an african dwarf frog to my 20 gallon tank that I cycled with 5 danios. The endler's are taking no crap from the danios and are bold little guys. The ADF is terrified. The fish are curious about him but he freaks out whenever they get too close. Should I have bought 2 ADF's so he has company? Are my fish to active to have an ADF? I can certainly get another one but I don't want to end up with two terrified frogs in my tank.

I think ADF are very skittish when first put into a new enviroment. Make sure he has plenty of hiding places that he can seek refuge from the fish and he should be fine. ADF are social creatures so an extra one to keep him company may help him settle and make him happier in the long run.

If you head down to the invertebrates amphibians and aquatic reptiles section under 'other pets' you'll find a lot of information on adf's. Things like how to feed them, the type of decor they need etc. I have two, and they did take a couple of weeks to settle in. Now they are all over the place.

Thanks! I did a a good bit of reading up before I bought it but I was still paranoid. There are plenty of hiding places for him and I have frozen blood worms and brine shrimp to feed him. I didn't realize it but he was actually shedding his skin. He is much more active now.
