Final Touch To My Tank. Advice Sought

First off a Happy New year to you all and many thanks for the invaluable pointers given during the year past.
 
I found a home for the Dwarf guarami which seemed to hate the rowdy guppies and now my tank just kinda empty. (to me, perhaps not the fish)
 
 
 are mollies and platys happy on there own. Thinking to get either one or the other. Currently my tank contains 4 male guppies, 3 cherry shrimp, 7 pygmy corrys and a single assasin snail.
 
If you think i am already on the limit do tell
