The other day I had a play with my tank and whilst I was doing this I put my air stone inside the filter box. When I finished I couldn't decide on where to put the air stone so thought I would leave it in the filter box.
When I had it running I remembered that you can have air powered filters, do you think that I could have achieved this through running the air stone in my filter box? Obviously there is no media in there at the moment but have some I can add. Or is the filter box to big to get this to work effectively?
I should note that I have a separate internal filter as I don't have the equipment to put in my filter box and still waiting for any answers on what make people think my tank may be.
