Betta looks like it has cloudy eye however, it also has a red spot right below its pupil. Any idea what that could be? A soar or ulcer of some sorts? Did a 75% water change and wondering what type of medication Should I use use to treat? Thanks in advance.

If she has sustained an injury to the eye which has caused the red spot then this has become infected causing the cloudy eye. Where are you? US medications are different to UK ones, you would need an antibacterial medication which would help.

I'm in the U.S. What I can get my hands are the following: API Melaflix, Marcyn Plus, and a fungus clear tablet for fungus and bacterial removal.

From memory I dont think Betta do well with Melafix, I think your best option is Marcyn plus, but I would recommend asking in the Betta section to double check first.

What are the water parameters?
Whats the temperature of the tank?
Does the red dot look like something sustained from an injury of some sort of parasite (like a worm)?
Do you have a picture?

My two cents: First bump up the temperate to 82 and then after you treat with medication (I'm sorry my knowledge of meds is zero so I can't comment or suggest anything so hopefully someone with more knowledge will come along and help with that) I recommend getting either Indian Almond Leaves (IAL) or it's extract. This releases tannis, which is very good for bettas. It helps them fight off infection and keeps their health in good condition. The leaves will make your water turn a tea color (which some people like, I personally don't care for it much but hey it's good for my betta so if my water gets a little tea like then whatever) and the extract will keep your water clear. It's just whatever your preference is.
