Hi!
So almost a week ago or so I bought a goldfish and I know they need to have veggies (fruits too?) in addition to a staple food.
Right now, I feed him Omega One goldfish flakes and cooked spinach. Today was the second time I’ve given him spinach and he seems to love it, eats every bit of it but the stems.
I was wondering if this is-maybe not the best-but an ok diet.
Should he have access to spinach 24/7 or should I limit it?
What other things can I safely and easily feed him to improve his diet?
Thanks!

You can feed peas, cucumber, frozen blood worms, oranges. Blanch the veggies a little and peel them all. They LOVE oranges. Mine eat New Life Spectrum in the A.M. and Rapeshy Solid Gold gel food in P.M.

Ok, thank you.
Would you recommend having veggies in the tank all day every day, or should I limit it?
Thank you!

Maybe 3 times a week. Only leave in for about 8 hours then remove.
