I was just wondering what do you need to keep feather dusters. Like do you need a protein Skimmer, Different Lights so on. If you know what they need please let me know.

I have 3 baby feather dusters. I got them by accident lol 
(c my other post if ur confused) I have a protein skimmer, u should have that for a marine tank anyway regardless of whether u get feather dusters and at the moment I have normal lights but I dunno if I'll need different lights once they get bigger. They r just super wee things

Feather dusters really don't care about lighting (They might be a little shy if placed in very bright areas though) But you MUST keep a nice constant supply of plankton in your aquarium, beside that they are fairly easy to keep.
