Fat Cory Catfish

hi all,

i have just noticed that i have a rather fat cory catfish,the fish seams fit and well so would i be right in thinking that it might be pregnant?? i have (accidently) breed in a previous tank with a different catfish and i never noticed it being as big as this cory is.this fat cory is actualy one of the many i breed and must be two years old now.

if it is pregnant i might have to re name it as its known as steve which isnt quiet right if its soon to have kittens!!

Females are often rounder and more egg shaped than males anyway, so if she is carrying eggs it might be more pronounced now.

This is not a "problem." If necessary, she can spawn infertile eggs without a male.
