Hey everyone, I was just browsing through home depot when i found a product that actually makes my life easier. It was strenuous on my back to constantly be loading buckets of treated water into my 125 gallon tank. This electric syphon is only about $15 and just wanted to share this with anyone who feels my pain.

I use one similar in the UK that cost £6 from Aldi last year. It's no good for gravel cleaning tho so I use my manual syphon for emptying and the battery operated one for refilling. Like you say Dandx, makes it much more bearable!
Mine is branded Work Zone but looks just like this one which is also Dura Heat: http://www.plccenter.co.uk/Buy/DURA%20HEAT/DH20

Ahhh yes, the ideal water change options. There are various themes on this, ranging from pumped options to long hoses with syphon staters. I have a convenient drain near the tank, so a fair bit of tank water pipes straight into that (after a refresh of the household watering cans. Can't waste all that nutritious waste water).

I use a water barrel, fill it up, treat it and have a pump that puts it into the tank and also top off water throughout the week.
