If it's sleeping, yes. But check the water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH and GH. Make sure it is good.

If the fish is recently imported, then it will have jet lag and need a few weeks to adapt to the new lighting schedule you have. Eventually it should swim around during the day and sleep at night.

it might also be stressed from import
 
I have one that lays on my drift wood or plants all the time, except for feeding time he comes up and getting excited for food.
