Oh this is our equivalent to a water change in wastewater. Gravity thickeners basically take all that excessive nutrients from throughout the plant that is left unused pressed and dewatered. After that its sent out to become fertilizer for crops. This is roughly 600k gallons of waste. A tad smelly so dont eat before you go on there lol

Just to add to this, you will need to start saving for a bigger tank as these puffers can grow to 16+ inches. It is best to keep them in a 120gallon+ even when they are young to prevent stunting. If you can, upgrade to a larger tank.
