Enough Light?

Main tank is going through Ick right now with the heat process (Long Story)
Water is at 88° so I decided to pull all my plants and put them in a tub and let them grow some strong roots for a month before they go back into the tank.

Amazon Sword, Java Fern, Dwarf Grass and some African Water Fern.

It's just a Petsmart TopFin LED Bar that is about 13" above the bottom of the container.

Wondering if I just keep the LED bar in the middle, will that be enough light for all the plants?

That looks like it should work just fine. Maybe set it in the sun a little while each day just to be sure.
