Hey all..

I've been reading about Endlers, and I've been wanting to get some, but dont know where to look..

While reading, i've come into some things I dont understand..

Whats the different "classes" of Endlers... Like I know there's an "N" and "K"

Also, which are the colorful ones? The males or the females?

Would it be to much to ask to see a pic of a male and a female so I know the difference?

Thanks alot

Call around to your local fish stores, see if anyone stocks them. If not, I suppose your next step is to look online.

These are the classes of Endlers, and what each means (courtesy of Endlers R Us):

Class N: Any Endler's Livebearer (and progeny) that can be shown to have originated from their native waters in Venezuela will be considered a 'Class N Endler.'

Class P: Any fish of unknown origin but appearing to be an Endler's Livebearer based on the characteristics of size, shape and color will be considered a 'Class P' Endler.

Class K: The progeny of any Endler's Livebearer crossed with any other livebearer will be considered a 'Class K' Endler.

As with guppies, the Endler male is more colorful than the female.

Here is a site that shows the difference between the two sexes, and gives some additional helpful information.
