Endlers and cherry barbs?

Hello I'm hoping to pick up 6 cherry barbs, 2 male and 4 female and wondering whether they can live with endlers happily together?

Except...info from another thread is that the OP has soft water which is not suitable for Endlers, so they will not do well.

Not a problem, we can't see all of them. But the OP is (or should be) aware of this as it was set out in that thread when Endlers were mentioned.

Sorry I posted this before you mentioned my soft water on the other thread. I forgot soft water can't really keep livebearers.
