Electric Yellow Holding?

Hey guys. I came home today to find one of my electric yellows holding eggs. The thing is, I have 5 other electric yellows (4 juveniles I got from an expo, and one old one that I got at the same time as the one that's holding) and the one that's holding is being really aggressive to the other lab that I got at the same time as her. I also noticed that the lab that is getting bullied has what looks to be an ovipositer sticking out. Could this actually be a male that fertilized the eggs? Or could the female just be holding infertile eggs? (I took pictures of the undersides of them a week ago, and it looked like I had two females)
