Are any eels community fish? Been asking around and someone said Fire Eels. Read up on them and no sure. Can anyone help?

200 liter (55gal us) planted tank

12 neons tetras
1 male 1 female dwarf gourami
3 Albion Algea eaters
3 male and 10 female guppies.

Peacock eel.  Can be a bit finicky but its one of the smaller freshwater species you can try.  It is pretty shy and wont be a problem for your other fish

If you're looking for true eels, none.

If you want any of the spiny eels be wary that some grow large and can eat your tetras and guppies at night. They also need slightly brackish water that most stores fail to provide.

If you're asking if Fire Eels get along in a community tank then yes.  They are very friendly, but very picky eaters, they can grow to 30 inches.
