easy balance

I was wondering if anyone here uses easy balance?..... as i got some and i can't get to grips with not having to do a water change......... also i am trying to get my ph down as it is 8.2 this is also the reason for buying the product

I have no faith in the stuff at all. 6 months w/o a water change and then do 50%. not for me anyway. this should probably be moved to tropical chit chat as there is no pic here.

what ph is the water your using to do your water change with?

what is the PH of the water at your lfs? if they keep 8.2. I'd not change it. or if you want to, do it very gradually as to not shock your fish too much. also what is your KH and GH?
