Are these two females, cos they are at it all the time?

I think those are Pearl Gourami, not Dwarf.
 
The one with the red/orange coloration on the underbelly should be male, and the mouth jousting (usually associated with Kissing Gourami) can be a mating behavior.  Some Gourami will do that to look for partners of comparable strength.

I watched the video again, And it looks like there might be some read coloring on the one on the left as well?  If so this could the same behavior as the kissing Gourami.  Used to settle territorial disputes.
