Dwarf Cichlids

What type of dwarf cichlids can i keep together? i currently have a rio 240 community tank and would like to change it into a dwarf cichlid tank is this advisable?

With a rio 240 I'd say you could mix it up with groups of dwarfs quite a bit, if the tank is decorated with lots of places to hide etc they will be fine...just stick to cichlids from the same continent

I've seen pairs of bolivian rams and apistos co-exist together in a 125L okay, I am sure the owners of such tanks will be along shortly

What did you have in mind for the tank?

I have 5 apisto cacatuoides and a GBR in 125ltr, living peacefully together. As above, key is plants and hiding places, space out breeding caves, each end of the tank, maybe a few in the middle etc. 240ltr is plenty of room for a few apisto species but have a read up on them, as some need warmer climates than others etc.

Will APISTOGRAMMA PANDURO be ok with APISTOGRAMMA CACATUOIDS?

I think any Apisto with any other would be fine in that size tank, any one else got an opinion?
