So recently, almost overnight, my male betta fish developed a bloated stomach, had pineconing scales and the gills were out and blackened.
I believe its either ammonia poisoning or dropsy. Though I'm not sure about ammonia poisoning as the water parameters were not that bad. He would still eat, but I've put him on fast for now. Hes become more pale and hangs by the top and bottom a lot
Nitrates - 10
nitrites - 0
Ammonia - 0
Ive had him for almost 4 months now. Ive added aquarium salt and eSHa 2000. Im not sure what else to do, can anyone help or suggest anything i can do?
ANy help would be much appreciated, i really want my little betta to make it

i think dropsy is caused by bad water conditions thats all i know about betta all my oother fish dropsy information is irrelevant

Pictures would be helpful to diagnose, but the information does sound like dropsy symptoms. At this point, it'd be too late for the fish as the pineconing indicates internal organs shutting down.

It sounds like dropsy and sounds like he is about to die to be honest. What do you mean by parameters are not that bad?
