Dosing Recommendation

I have just got some flourish excel for my low light 32 litre, I was using yeast CO2 but the fluctuations are causing algae so I got rid of it in favour of flourish. So I just need to know how much and how often to add it I use 1ml TPN+ daily while dosing the CO2 and the only reason I dose these is the Pogostemon in the tank, I know the Moss, Crypts and Anubias will be fine without these but I don't want to lose the Helferi???

I'm sure its 1ml per 50 litres , so you're looking at point eight of a ml.

Cool so .8ml + 1ml of tpn+ daily should do the trick.
