Dosing At 3.25wpg

As long as I keep my co2, is it alright if all I dose is Seachem Flourish twice a week, once after water changes, and another inbetween with my 3.25wpg? I don't want to get into dosing every day or EI.

get a nitrate and phosphate test kit.. test your levels.. then make a decision based on your tank. all anyone else can do is suggest to you what they would do so its best to find out for sure yourself. my suggestion however is that you should be adding something a little more then just flourish. Plants grow quite fast when given co2, thus they need more nutrients.
