Does Melafix Cloud Water?

I got my rescue Betta yesterday and it seemed his 2 gallons of water with a bit of Melafix in it clouded up alot when I put a heating pad under his bowl. Is this normal? I'm going to change out some water at the bottom if I can get the syphon to work for me. He's already bubbling up a storm so I have to try not take that out as well. A good sign but I'm worried about the cloudiness. Thanks in advance!!

Could the melafix be clouding it? I have no clue but nice betta!!

Melafix made my tank cloudy after two doses, so I'm sure that's the same happening with your tank.

Thanks. I'm glad to know someboody else had that happen. I got nothing but ads when I tried googling about it and am coming down with a cold so am zoned out. His poor little fins got ripped up by the other residents of a tank he was in at the LFS. It's so rewarding to see him bubbling and staking out his property. I'm just holding my breath that anything should go wrong.
He is a pretty boy but more-over he's so sweet and yet so macho. Mandy82 that's a really cute little girl you have there. Awfully sweet face!
