Does Limnophilia Float

Hi, just wndering if limnophilia floats, as I'm ordering some of helterskelter and I am planning at putting some at the back of my tanks and some floating and planted in my fry tanks [if it floats] and does it need co2 to live etc... as I hav normal lights and no co2 [I haven't got any planted tanks... yet ]

it qont really grow if floating (if you are talking about limnophilia aromatica) as it is a stem plant. Therefore it really needs to be in the substrate where it can send out roots to get the nutrition and goodness

L.aromatic is actually used in cooking, when you prune it, have a sniff of it and smell that lovely smell

when i trimmed my bunches my house used to smell of the stuff for ages, it was like an airfreshner

just plant it and let it grow onch it reached the surface it will branch off and get thick and bushy, but it will not come out of the water
