My gourami has been staying in the top corners of the tank for hours on end. It’s starting to freak me out. This started after a rearranged the decor. She is still eating. Anyone know what’s going on? My water parameters are good.

It could be that the rearrangement kicked up some trapped toxic gas. Have you considered doing 40-50% water change to see if that helps?

Most commonly a fish will scrape itself off of objects if anything toxic was released so perhaps look out for this.

Def do a water change. But also if she’s healthy: I do notice that mine would do that when I had a bunch of floating plants. They make bubble nests, and breed at the surface technically. So when it’s cozy and there’s decorations up top mine snuggle up there ??‍♀️
