Does Anyone Know What Kind Of Cichlid This Is?

I saw this cichlid in a tank with a bunch of Jack Dempsey's at my LFS, i did ask what it is, they didn't know. But they said it was a hybrid of some kind.

Can anyone tell me what it is?

No not a hybrid its a Nicaraguan cichlid - looks female due to the blue dorsal fin, however not the nicest one I have ever seen. Great fish though one of my favorites
