I've read that SAEs can get a bit territorial with fish that look similar to them. Would keeping both be a bad idea?

SAEs are actually pretty peaceful and are social, its the similar looking Flying fox that cause issues ;)

I'm going to order a couple, then. They do well just by themselves, right?

I might be way off the mark, but without googling, don't SAEs need ~5+ groups if not singletons (to spread out any bits of aggression and give them some social hierachy)?

I had read that they become territorial if there's more than one male in the tank, and since they're almost impossible to sex, I thought it would be best to get only one per tank.

If anyone has definitive information to the contrary please let me know. I always try to do right by the fish I get.

Thanks.
