Do I Use Kettle

going to buy new tank to set up for tropical fish using water treatment to declorise water how do i put warm water in tank ? ie do i heat some water in kettle and add some cold tap water ?

you either take the fish out and wait for the heater to warm the water up, or you can mix warm tap water with cold measure the temp then put in to the tank

i think they ment when doing a water change, you are ment to get the temperature as close as poss, just use hot water out of the tap and declor it and it should be fine dont ever add cold water my fish went into shock..quite scary really
