My neon tetra seems to have gotten neon tetra disease. Can anyone confirm? And what do I do? Iā€™ve read online and it seems like the answer is removing the neon tetra. I have others but this is the only one that looks like that.

ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 15 ppm

If you could get a better picture, I would remove it from your tank, do you have somewhere you can move it to?
That was the best pic I could get itā€™s swimming around pretty fast. I have a 10 gallon shrimp colony tank but Iā€™m pretty sure it will try to eat all the babies. I also have a small 3 gallon somewhere but I would have to set it up.

I would euthanize it. I had some like that and they died a slow death.
