I have 1 female and 1 male zebra danio, and the female has given birth to around 200 eggs, unfortunately i was only able to catch about 20 before the rest were eaten. What do i do with them now?
How do i know if they have been fertilized ?, how long do they take to hatch ?, what do fertilized eggs look like?

All help is greatly appreciated as this is my first batch of eggs ever, ive only ever managed to save 1 molly fry and that was complicated enough (long story!)

Thank you so much!

Well to start off, Danios aren't livebearers.

That being said, if you can separate out the adult fish, the eggs will hatch and the fry will grow up pretty fast, faster than livebearer fry. They should be free swimming after three to four days. This is when you can start feeding them. Liquifry will work well.

bad eggs go white with in a few hours, and goods eggs say clear, fungus on bad eggs can spread to good eggs and kill them.
