Cryto Tetra Plant?

I bought these tablets today and I'm wondering will 1 do my 2 plants or should I use 2 tabs per water change? Also, do I need to do anything else for my plants? I have 1 Amazon Sword and 1 Malayan Aqua Fern. I also have Java Moss, can this just be left alone? Thanks guys!
