Could Anyone Id This Crab Please?

I have a very big crab which came with the rock, his eyes arent red & his claws appear to be curved, but he is so big, i'm wondering if I should get him out, will he be a danger to my fish or corals do you think?

he's about 3inches i'd say

From the claws, my guess would be on some Mithracid species. I've seen some other nearly identical-looking crabs labeled as such (and never seen a true crab with those claws that wasn't a Mithrax/Mithraculus relative), but I haven't seen a concrete species name for them.

Thank you Donya, I decided to take him back to the LFS, his claws were bigger than an inch each so I was worried for any corals I add & also for the rock work.
