Do I need to remove the infected fish and kill them think there’s 5 infected

Hi, what type of fish do you have? Are there any other symptoms, other than the mouth lesions? Could you post a picture at all?
I would remove the infected fish for now and place them in a hospital tank.

it is better sooner than later in putting your fish in Q tank .....
I had a few occasions when I put in late and before I know it .... way too late to find it the hard way ...

Hi I have 6 gold tetras and 3 neons and 2 platys and a baby platy it seems as though it’s just affecting the tetras the platys seem fine should I treat the whole tank and all I’ve got is aquarium salt
