Corydora fry food

Hi guys.. I'm new here. I saw lot of threads with good suggestions for Corydora fry raising. I live in Bahrain and I could not find any fry food in any LFS here. If anybody can help me find fry food please do. Or can you guys help me with what do I do to not let my feet starve n die??

My Corydoras spawn often.. I have 3 females n 1 male.. last week I collected 185 eggs (3rd time in 2 months). Most of them hatched n there were babies all over the breeding box where I placed the eggs. I tried mixing egg yolk with water n pouring little bit of it with a spoon... It dirties the water a lot but I do massive water changes with siphoning every 2 days. However the fry mostly died.. I have 3 left now. Any suggestions on what I should do to make them survive?
