Well after months of being told i cant keep 2 corydoras in a 35 litre tropical set up, ive just found eggs on the sides of my tank.
Im now being told that fish dont breed if settings arent right or theyre unhappy so im obviously doing something right.
Anyways what i wanted to know is what next? Ive left the corydoras in the tank as havent a spare or anything. The eggs have been there 2 days now. When will they hatch? If the hatch? What do i do next?
Thanks

I expect they'll get eaten by the parents when they hatch unless there is some vegetation the fry can hide behind. You need to feed the fry infusoria (tiny organisms), you can buy them.

I'm no expert on smaller tanks but so long as water is changed regularly I can't see the problem keeping two cory's in a 35 litre tank. They tend to potter about on the bottom a lot and are not the fastest swimmers in the world so if there is plenty for them to investigate and nibble at I would have said it's fine.

Well it obviously is otherwise they would be unlikely to breed (I'll probably get a flea in my ear now!).
