Cory Upside Down? Weak

My albino cory has been swimming upside down. I have tried peas? any ideas?

Size of tank in Litre :trigon 190 tank
What filter do you use? U4

How long has the tank been set up? over 5 years
 
I got a new api master test kit today.

results:

ammonia -0
nitrite 0
nitrate 40

ph - 6 

water temperature - 24

A list of all the inhabitants:

Goramis x 2
guppies x 6
zebra loach
Albino corys
tetras
 
any one any ideas?

Sorry but it not sounding to good can you isolate him.
Does he look bloated?
Any red patches, or red streaking on his body?
Is he heavy breathing?

Never managed yet to save a fish that on it's back. Sorry. There usually to far  gone to save. Especially corys.
I love corys. It's so sad. I wish I could sound more hopeful. But it worth a try to save him.
 
 
All you can do is epsom salt baths. Internal bacteria medication.
Epsom salt baths I think it's one tablespoon to one gallon of water for 25 minutes. Twice a day.

I thought salt baths were bad for cories as they are scaleless.

You can do epsom salt baths on corys as it is meant to draw the fluid out when a fish is bloated.

No sorry aquarium salt won't do anything.
There a difference  between aquarium salt and epsom salts. Epsom salts draw fluids out, aquarium salt does not.
You can use salt with corys but only half dose. i've used salt with corys and it never had any ill effect. \They lived to 5 years old.
 
When a fish is bloated and you need to draw the fluid out you need epsom salts.

I know.I never had epsom salts in my medicine cabinet either.
You can buy it from a super market, or local chemist.

I not sure if his dead or not. I thought he was dead earlier but moved when i when to use the net.
