Coral Pellia Carpet?

Just wondered if anyone has ever tried to use Coral Pellia as a carpet? Kind of like Ian is using the moss as a carpet in his Chocolate tank? Recently recieved some from a member on here (ok, about 3 weeks ago!) and i have finally got around to putting it in my shrimp tank. Love how green the stuff is and am thinking that i could try some on a few small stones as a carpet?

Or am i being silly?

If not then i may use Christmas Moss instead...

Agree with Ian... would look really nice... never used it but would be interested to see the result if you decide to use it.
