Converting a juwel vision 180

I am considering buying a Juwel vision 180 tank and converting it to marine. What extra equipment would I need to buy?

Live rock, skimmer and better lights (if you want corals) thats all that i did to my vision 180

What's the extra filter that you've got at the left hand side of your tank?

Its a fluval 304. Nothing in it at all. Just using it for extra tank circulation.
It also makes a great refugium for pods and seasquirts
