Does anyone know what this is on the head of my larger clownfish? He is about 1.5inchs in length. Just hosted in a BTA with male clownfish. This fish fights/chaces with the humbug damsels the same size as him if that could be a symptom.

It could be the start of Lymphocystis but I doubt it. It could also be excess mucous but that doesn't normally appear as a dot. Keep an eye on it over the next few days and see what it does. If it spreads then post another pic immediately. But if it doesn't get worse, then it should clear up soon.
You can check the water quality but that should be ok because the anemone looks pretty happy.

Alex, is it such a good idea to keep humbugs with your lovely clowns?

ps, Alex you might want to move this out of inverts and corals and put it in fish

Agree with Colin. A single slightly larger spot like that is often just a scratch or mark from fighting/chasing/bumping into a rock. Not necessarily a disease. Just monitor it and see how/if it progresses.
