May I suggest Emerald Shiners or Bluefin Killifish? They are both super pretty, and native to USA. Flagfish would also be great. This stock would be great:

8 Emerald Shiners or Bluefin Killifish
4 Flagfish
Maybe 1 Dwarf Crayfish, or some kind of Native Gastropod like Bithynia tentaculata

Here are some that can live with varied temperatures:

-Flathead Minnows
-Three Spined Stickelback

they are very cute
the spiny guys are cool.
not sure if i can find them, again.
ill start researching the stuff.

I’ve been looking for sticklebacks for a while for a native tank. Really hoping to find some. I’ll let you know if I find any. Jonahsaquatics is a really good native fish online store.
