Co2 Question

I keep hearing people say bubbles per second on there bubble counter. Do people measure them by the second or by the minute? I had mine on 20 per minute but am noticing some of my plants getting brown and not growing well. They get 7 hours light a day and same with Co2 which is turned on an hour before the lights.

im pumping in about 5/6 bubbles a second at the moment :0 you need a drop checker, you need to drop checker to turn lime green. Lots of threads on here! gluck!

Yeah that's what I though, mine was nice and green now it's blue. Turning it up now!
