I am getting 2 percula clown fish and I would like to get an anemone for them. Should I get it at the same time as I get the fish or should I settle the fish in first and then get the anemone? Also I have done research that suggests carpet anemones or bubble anemones are best for this type of clown. Is this right?

You can introduce tham at the same time. At least I have done so.

I have had the best luck with the Condi and seabee anemones. Their lighting and water movement needs also seem more moderate.

I thought I read somewhere that condi anemones aren't good for tanks with clownfish? Was I wrong?
