Full grown, I'd say you need at least a 75 for a small school of clown loaches, and a 90 would be better. These guys get massive... 10 - 12" long and thick, too. They're not really fast growers, though, so you could house a few of them in a 45 (or so) for ohh.. probably a year or so before needing to upgrade to a larger tank. A ten or twenty gallon tank is definitely unsuitable. lol

It depend on your tank size from the start, if you put the clowns in a 90 gallon tank immediatly(or even a 40 for now) they will be encouraged to grow faster and to help, addng live foods will also give a growth boost. Clown Loaches can get to 14 inches when cared for very well, but always at least 12 inches.

Wow the clown loaches in oz must be on steroids  the maxium wild size for clown loaches is 12" and they are usually much smaller in aquaria, ive yet to see one over 8".
A 55g could house 3 clown loaches for life providing there were few or no other bottom dwellers in the tank to compete for space with them.
I have had 3 clown loaches for around 3 years now in in all that time they have still only grown to around 4" from the 2" they were when we got them, they started in a 30g and are now in a 55 and have always had a varied diet with loads of live foods.

Yes a few corys would be fine but larger bottom dwelling species should be avoided, redtail black sharks would be one example.
