Clown Loach growth rate?

My fantasy aquarium is the size of a large above ground pool. I could say 12x12..but since it's a fantasy I guess there is no real limit. But 12 x 12 x 4' deep? that's about 4,300 gallons. Big enough. S.A. Arowana,Clown Knifes and lots of Clown Loaches and PLANTS. No 2 version? RAINBOWS and plants and Clown Loaches.
I cant swim is why I don't want a deep aquarium- ever. Same for a fish pond.

Some lady has a huge aquarium - something like 18ftx4ft (not sure of the exact dimension) but it is for some ?30? year old fish she already has - can't remember the species but it starts with a p or something. There are pictures of her inside the empty tank preparing it.

If you said the species of the fish I could find the link - i just can't remember how to spell it - something like paque or something like that. The only thing i remember is that it is not super common; it gets huge and people treat it like a pet dog - that is it is said to have a lot of personality and interaction with the owner.
