Stop feeding the corals and do a larger WC if your nitrate is out of control. I see GSP, some sort of sps, and some type of long polyp leather in addition to the cloves - none of those eat so the food will just be going to waste. Even LPS that can eat often don't need to be fed except in special cases provided they have enough light and appropriate water chemistry. Feeding small particulates in a nano is often a recipe for waste management problems unless you have a ton of filter feeders to use it up. The cloves look like they may have some sort of algae growing on them but hard to tell. If there is something growing on them it could easily be inhibiting them from opening.
