Cloudy Water

I can't seem to get rid of cloudy water in my 45 gallon tank. Its been set up for three months now. Fish are doing great. (Two German Blue Rams, two Angelfish, three Corys, five Kuhli Loaches and five Otos.) Any idea what is going on? Is the tank still cycling?

it sounds like a bacterial bloom. i dont know too much info on them, but i know there are many treatments that are very easy to find at the lfs.

thanks, but BigC made it for me, so he deserves all the credit. i just love the sr-71 blackbird though
