Cichlid Dying. W/ Video

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this cutter cichlid. His whole body has white stuff on him and he's dying. I just want to know if someone knows if there is anything I can do for him. It looks like his skin is peeling off, his mouth looks orange like its rotting, and now his eyes are glazed over black. They move every once in a while.. And he's laying upside down now

I don't want to hear about how big the tank is versus how many fish..

35 galloon with around 15 cutter cichlids mostly babies..
this is either the father or mother of the babies..

None of the other fish have this.. he's about 2 years old

the ph should be 7.0 as I just adjusted it with proper 7.0, I dont know if it was needed but I did it anyway
I don't know what any of the other levels are..

It looks like he has a disease.. Also what are cutter cichlids life expectancy?

Very bad strain of columnaris, get you a link.
I would do some water changes on the tank, and I think I would add a bacterial med with it being a nasty strain.

thanks for the link, I will miss him

My other fish are starting to die at an alarming rate, is there a certain product I can just go buy, this information seems complicated, and I have a lot of things going on right now and don't have time to research nor do I trust the word of fish store employees.. any help is much appreciated
