Ok, I have the following things that I am going to re-arrange tommorow!
Tanks:
Note: All tanks are in UK Gallons, and tommorow I will measure all the water I put in and find out how many gallons it is, i'll probably use a jug, as 5 UK Litres = 1 UK Gallon.
2Gallon Tank
3.5Gallon Hex Tank
Fish:
One Male Betta (VT)
Two Black Moors (Goldfish)
Ornaments:
One twirly cave (about 15(L)x10(H)) with one hole to go in and out.
One small castle, about 5x5, with a hole in the side and a hole in the back.
One small bridge about 5x5, I was thinking of chucking this out as it is very old and isn't of a good quality.
Gravel:
Mixture of coloured gravel (green and blue)
Normal gravel/stones with big stones mixed in.
Plants:
One plastic flowers/plant.
Two small natural ferns.
One silk Echinodorus - "Red Rubin" (10CM)
One silk Nuphar Japonica (10CM)
One silk Lobelia Cardinalis (20CM)
Filters and pumps:
Undergravel filter with airstone and uplift tube.
All-In-One Filter (Mechanical, Chemical and Biological) hangs on the side of tank.
Heaters:
One 50Watt heater.

Note: I would like someone not to just say "err i think you should put it what you think is best". I would like someone to take time looking through this post and deciding on what too put in which tank, as i'd like it to be best for my fish! I don't particularly want to buy anymore accesories (i'm not buying a heater for the black moors as they dont need one) so wherever the betta goes, the heater does.
Thanks in advance!

The first thing I noticed is there is no tank for the black moors, both the ones you have are way too small.

I would put the betta in the 3.5 gal with I guess the small castle, the silk plants and the heater. No gravel or filter but you need to clean the tank out every week at least. Then buy a 30 gal tank, filter and all the other goodies for the goldfish.

Well, I'm not sure if they are blackmoors, they are small goldfish, thats for sure. I had a big goldfish in too, but I gave that to my mams friend for his pond, and if the black 'moors' get any bigger, I have no problems finding them a new home either!

I would think about getting rid of them now before they become stunted and maybe get another betta for the other tank or just keep it empty as a back up. All goldfish get way too big and poop way too much for those tanks.

Well, I was thinking about breeding bettas, so what I could do is buy another tank (the same size as my current betta one, not the 3G). Put my female in that, and set up the 3G as a breeding tank for my bettas, with all the silk plants and the cave ornament. I'm not going to use gravel in it either as it's not very good with the betta eggs. I could use the plastic plants and the natural ferns, the little castle in the betta tanks. I think I might keep the bridge and I can put it in with the male, (the female can have the castle) as they really like places to hide!

I made the same mistake with a 10gal UK tank. Thought it was plenty big enough for 3 goldfish and according to stocking calculators I used it should have been. However, I didn't account for A. Them growing bigger quite quickly (goldfish are greedy buggers + they eat your plants to death!) B. Them pooing more than a St. Bernard (Filter could not cope with waste, nitrate, nitrite levels way to high) Ive since found out that my tank was only really big enough for 1 goldfish and that was only if I did relatively big 25% weekly water changes.

I'd send them to a good home.

I have never bred bettas before but I have read a little about it and you will need a bigger tank for them to mate then you will need a bigger tank for the babies and then a ton of tanks for all the males. You also will need a ton of time and money to do this. Check out the betta section on here (if you haven't already) and read up on all the stuff you will need.

I have been doing research in the betta section for a while now, but I think a 3G (I might be mistaken, but looking here I think it's alot bigger than a 3 Gallon) is a reasonable size for them to breed in, and you can (i know it sounds cruel but its not) put the baby bettas in jars of some kind (jam jars/pickled onion jars) ect... As soon as they are big enough, I will probably get a nice pair out of the load and keep them (seperate tanks of course) and then I could divide both of my 2G tanks and put them in there, or divide one of my 2G tanks and put the males in, as females can stay in the same tank with no problems...
