Cherry shrimp questions

I saw a picture of a cherry shrimp on a planted tank site and I want one, or some. Does anyone know anything about these guys? Any more pics would be great too. TIA.

Cheers for the link, found out a little more about my bamboo/wood shrimp My lfs got me two of them by mistake I did ask for cherry red shrimp, but got two bamboo shrimp monsters instead!!
