Cherry Barbs

In my 29 gallon tank that i got like 4 weeks ago i just removed some evil fin nipping tetras, i am now thinking about replacing them. My question is are cherry barbs fin nippers? would they do good in my tank? will they school? and what else that look good would do good in my tank?

Hey! Well i dont believe cherry barbs are as aggressive as the Tiger barbs, its better to let them school so they will keep there attention on each other instead of the other fish. Hope this helps somehow!

Actually cherry barbs are not schooling fish like most other barbs. They prefer to be in pairs or a 1:2 male/female ratio. By your signature it looks like you already have some, and they should do just fine in your tank.
